When you move in, you need to pay a deposit of 700,00 Euro which will be paid back to you when you move out and the room is in orderly conditions.
All tenancy agreements in Quartier56 are concluded for a period of 12 months or two semesters.

All rooms in Quartier56 belong to small shared units (4-8 rooms) and are equipped with a washbasin with sink, mirror and curtains, a bed, a wardrobe, a table and a chair. The bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are shared with the flatmates in the respective shared flat unit.

The single rooms are equipped with a small corner with a sink and a mirror as well as a bed, a wardrobe, a table and a chair plus curtains. All students need to bring their private bed linen, pillow and blanket.
